The terms that apply when you use saarve-ai.com.
These terms apply to your use of saarve-ai.com (the "site"), operated by Saarve AI, Nairobi, Kenya. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About this site
The site describes our data annotation, RLHF, model evaluation and related services, and lets you request a pilot or apply to join our team. Information on the site, including pricing ranges, is general and may change. It is not an offer. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or order with you, which takes priority over these terms.
2. Free pilots
A free pilot is a limited sample of work we offer at our discretion so you can assess our quality. Its scope is agreed with you in writing beforehand. A pilot creates no obligation on either side to continue. Data you share for a pilot is handled as confidential, as described on our Data security page, and we sign an NDA on request before receiving it.
3. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending spam or malicious code, trying to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with how the site works.
4. Job applications
Submitting an application doesn't guarantee work. We'll never ask you to pay to apply, train or be placed on a project. If anyone claiming to be Saarve AI asks you for money, please report it to joseph.mwanzia@saarve-ai.com.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, text, graphics and the Saarve AI name and logo belong to Saarve AI or its licensors. You may view and share pages and our published documents for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we make no promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Saarve AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
